These terms describe using Ezgo AI store pages, NFC access, and draft-writing tools.
Your account and content
Keep your credentials secure. Submit business information and images only when you have the right to use them. Check imported information before publishing. Do not impersonate a business or upload unlawful content.
Customer-written reviews
Use only your real experience. AI output is an editable draft and may contain mistakes. Check names, details, and accuracy before posting. Do not fabricate visits, purchase fake reviews, or offer rewards for positive reviews. Follow the destination platform’s rules. Ezgo AI does not publish on your behalf or guarantee acceptance or ratings.
Plans and renewal
Starter costs USD 199 for three months and does not automatically become Annual. Annual costs USD 399 for the first twelve months; with checkout consent, it then renews at USD 19.99 per month until cancelled. Manage renewal in the merchant billing area. Cancelling renewal preserves the already-paid membership period. Review the checkout summary before payment; contact support about payment or refund questions.
Availability and acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls, abuse generation endpoints, or interfere with other users. Service availability depends on hosting, payment, and AI providers. We may restrict abusive accounts and correct operational errors. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
