Privacy notice
How Ezgo AI handles information when you use a store page or manage a business account.
Information used
We process account email, authentication information, business details, uploaded images, published pages, payment references, and support messages. Draft generation processes your selected items, chosen experience tags, and optional text. Avoid entering sensitive personal information.
Service providers
Supabase supports authentication and data storage; Netlify hosts the service; Stripe handles checkout and billing. The configured AI provider receives the text and business context needed to generate a draft. These providers may process information outside your country. Full payment-card details are entered through Stripe, not stored in our application database.
Public and private content
Published business information is visible to visitors. Draft requests and results are stored to deliver results, prevent duplicate charges, and diagnose failures. A draft is not automatically posted to a social network. You decide whether to copy, edit, and publish it.
Cookies and browser storage
Session cookies support sign-in and visitor request ownership. Local storage remembers language preferences. Technical request data supports security and abuse prevention.
Access, correction and deletion
Merchants can edit business information in their dashboard. Contact pointhub@usaboluo.com to request access, correction, or deletion of account data. Some payment, security, backup, or dispute records may need to be retained; contact support for the records and timing applicable to your request.
