The service

ezgo helps local businesses monitor and respond to their Google reviews. AI-drafted replies are suggestions: nothing is published to your business profile without your explicit confirmation or an automation setting you explicitly enabled.

Accounts and billing

The free plan requires no payment method. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period.

Acceptable use

You may only connect business profiles you own or manage. You are responsible for the content of replies you publish.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages; our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
