What we collect

When you sign in with Google and authorize access to your Google Business Profile, we access: your basic profile (name, email), your business locations, and the public reviews of those locations, including review content, ratings, and your existing replies.

How we use it

We use this data solely to provide the service you signed up for: generating review health reports, drafting reply suggestions, and (with your explicit confirmation) publishing replies to your own business profile. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Data isolation and retention

Your business data is isolated per tenant. You can request export or deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us; deletion is completed within 30 days.

Google API Services compliance

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Analytics & Ad Measurement / 分析与广告衡量

We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel + Conversions API to measure website usage and advertising performance. These tools may collect device, browsing, and conversion event information. Identifiers such as email are hashed with SHA-256 before being sent to Meta. You can opt out of analytics cookies via the cookie banner at the bottom of the page. Note: certain conversion events (e.g. registration, subscription) are also sent server-side via Meta's Conversions API using hashed identifiers, independent of the cookie banner.
